Environment
Located at the South edge of Alpine, Tx, we are perfeclty chanelled in a valley. Therefore, we get grass like gravy. Some common species in abundance are ...therefore, one can have a pretty good idea of what the animals are ingesting and therefore, we can produce a more preferred prodcut.
Our Animals
We currently hold about 150 head of cattle and operate formost as a cow-calve operation. The ranch has held many a breed from .. in 1960s to our proud herd of Angus/herford Cross. We are currently moving towards Wagyu operation and will soon have an Angus cross choice and Wagyu choice of steers and beef cuts for sale.
